Committee System

There are currently 8 Committees which report to the Court. Each is given the authority to conduct business in its area of responsibility and hold meetings on a regular basis throughout the year. Their work is reported to the next following Court meeting. Minutes are kept of all these meetings and provide an important element of the Company's archival material.
