On arriving, guests will pass through a flame-lit avenue of snowy trees and enter into the opulent “Hunter’s Lodge” reception area where they will enjoy Russian style aperitifs against a backdrop of scenes from the film. Romantic red drapes and “faberge” inspired decorations will help create the glamorous atmosphere of pre-revolution Russia. At the appointed time, the huge oak doors will slide back with a flourish to reveal the beautiful “Ice Palace” dining area. Here, gorgeous table centres, hundreds of candles,  beautiful lighting will combine to create a shimmering, glittering, dream-like dining area. After dinner the DJ will start up back in the reception area and guests can dance the night away to a mix of the latest sounds and old dance floor favourites. As spectacular as this setting will be, we understand the need for flexibility.  The lighting effects can be easily adapted to remove the “theme” and simply offer a stylish, classic backdrop for any event. Likewise, if you needed to add a conference element during the day in order to maximise the return from the event, this too is achievable.
