HAC Members
There are two broad classes of memberships available in the HAC, Regimental and
Non- Regimental.
Regimental Members are either TA soldiers in the Active Unit of the HAC or Veteran
members who have ended their active soldiering but still enjoy the many benefits
of belonging to this unique organisation.
Non-Regimental members will have served for at least 2 years in Regular or 3
years in Volunteer units of any of the Armed Services of the Crown or in the Police.
They must be proposed and seconded by Regimental members.
The tangible benefits of HAC membership include use of the restaurant, bar and bedroom
accommodation at Armoury House. It also includes membership of the adjacent Virgin
Active Fitness Club gymnasium (for Regimental and Veteran members only), the opportunity
for hiring various function and meeting rooms, the playing fields, secure car
parking facilities and access to the many HAC clubs and societies (see other pages
on this website for more details).
Please contact the Membership Office if you would like to learn more about becoming a member of the HAC and to request
an application pack.
