City workers train to fight Taliban
Working for a week in the South of France may sound like a cushy job, but the
reality for London's part-time soldiers is quite different. Members of the Honourable
Artillery Company headed to a training area near the French Riviera in September
2009 to train for
battle in Afghanistan.
BBC London News sent a reporter and camera team to follow the Exercise. They
produced
two reports which were shown on BBC London Evening News soon after they returned.
