To celebrate the launch of our new menus, we’re offering organisers a free post-event drinks reception for spring conferences booked before the 15th
February. What better way to say thanks to your invitees for their time? The offer applies to packages with a DDR of £75 and also includes use of the stylish West Albert Room – part of the Prince Consort Rooms (our most coveted conference space).
This year, our canapés and bowl food menus are really special. Our in-house caterers, Fare, only ever use the freshest and finest ingredients – an essential basis for good food. They also source ethically sound ingredients wherever possible and keep their food miles to a minimum.
Highlights from this year’s spring/summer canapé menus include a Pressed ham hock, roast cauliflower with piccalilli
, a Butternut and jalapeno taco, with a lime yoghurt
and a Citrus cured seabass with apple and dill
. Our kitchens make sure their menus have equal time and effort put into the meat, fish and vegetarian options, so that all of your guests get to enjoy a wide selection of dishes at your event.
Organisers looking for a more substantial offering should consider our bowl food menu. Favourites – according to the in-house tasters at the HAC (i.e. us!) – include Sticky beef, pickled slaw, chilli and toasted seaweed
, a Charred halloumi, mint yoghurt, pomegranate molasses and tabbouleh
salad and Butter poached lobster, glazed brioche with a dill mayonnaise
And then, of course, puddings. Making the most of a classic flavour combination is the Chocolate brownie, orange and cardamom cream
. There’s also a delicious Eton Mess
and a Mango panna cotta, with passion fruit and white chocolate
. All of them are guaranteed crowd-pleasers.
Another nice touch for guests while they stand and chat, is to order some table top nibbles. From Puffed pork crackling
and Pesto sticks
to Truffled popcorn
and Parmesan bites,
there’ll be something from our selection to tickle every one of your guests’ taste buds.
