The morning (nice and quiet) before the rest of the team arrives!!
What is your most memorable event and why?
British American Armed Forces dinner was one of my first times working at a military event. The quality of the singing (post dinner and post wine!) took me by surprise.
What is the most unusual request you have had from a customer?
A small jug of olive oil which the customer proceeded to drink.
